Terms of service.
The short version: your wallet, your coins, your call. We act only on your texts, and every money move waits for your code.
What Text Pad is
Text Pad is a messaging interface to pump.fun on Solana. Texting START to +1 (857) 294-3858 creates Solana wallets for your phone number, which Text Pad holds keys for so it can carry out the instructions you send by text or in the web app: creating coins, buying, selling, withdrawing, and showing you your keys. Text Pad is not a broker, exchange, bank or adviser, and does not run pump.fun.
Your account
Your phone number is your account. Anyone who can send and receive texts on your number can use it, so keep your phone and number secure, and export your keys or withdraw before you give up a number. You're responsible for the instructions sent from your number and confirmed with its codes.
Custody and keys
While funds are in a Text Pad wallet, Text Pad holds an encrypted copy of its key. You can export any key at any time and use the wallet elsewhere. We take care to protect keys and to sign only what you ask for, but no system is perfect: only keep in a Text Pad wallet what you are prepared to risk.
Coins you create
You are the creator of every coin you launch and responsible for its name, ticker, picture, description and links. Don't launch anything that infringes someone else's rights, impersonates a person or project, or is unlawful. We may refuse to process launches that we believe break these terms.
Risk and no advice
Memecoins are extremely volatile and usually lose all their value. Transactions on Solana are final. Nothing in any text or page is financial, legal or tax advice. Prices, values and estimates we show come from the chain and third parties and may be delayed or wrong.
Messaging
Texting START (or HI, JOIN, LAUNCH) is consent to receive automated texts about your account: replies to your texts, codes, deposit alerts and launch updates. Message frequency varies with your use. Standard messaging and data rates apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, and HELP for help.
Fees
Text Pad charges no fee of its own. Solana network fees and rent, and pump.fun's trading fees, apply to what you do.
Availability
The service depends on a phone carrier, an SMS gateway, Solana and pump.fun, any of which can be slow or unavailable. We may change or pause the service, including pausing launches, at any time. Your keys remain exportable.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and not in a place, or a person, where using the service or the coins is restricted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Text Pad is provided as is, and we aren't liable for losses from market movements, your instructions, the loss of your phone or number, or the failure of third-party networks.
